This page includes some basic information about our office hours, insurance and billing procedures, prescription refills and new patient registration.
When you check in for your appointment, you will be asked for a photo ID. Please understand this is for your personal protection. All minor children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If you are the legal guardian, you must bring with you paperwork proving legal guardianship to place in the child’s chart.

Atlantic Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine appointment hours in Portsmouth, NH and York, ME:
Monday through Friday • 8am – 4:45pm
We’re closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving holiday (Thursday and Friday) and Christmas Day.
After hours: There is always a physician on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call the direct number at 603.431.1121 to speak with our answering service.
ProCare Physical Therapy hours of operation in Portsmouth, NH:
Monday through Thursday • 6:30am – 7pm
Fridays • 6:30am – 5pm
Our Prescription Refill line is available for patient use 24 hours a day at 603.559.8329. These messages are picked up during appointment hours only, and there is a 24-48 hour turn-around time (48 hour turn-around time for weekends and holidays). We will address your prescription refill as soon as possible. Narcotic prescriptions must be picked up in person at our office by 4:30pm. A valid form of picture ID is required for all narcotics prescription pick-ups.

We are happy to see patients without insurance, and will work with you to establish acceptable payment arrangements.
